This is a nice pre owned vintage Cartier Baignoire ref.78094. The watch does show some wear but it appears to be all original and unpolished. The dial is a Swiss dial that would indicate it was replaced during a previous service. The dial and crystal do show some wear. The watch is running well and keeping good time although total accuracy and duration cannot be guaranteed as the service history is unknown. The watch is on an non-original leather strap.
